Welcome to The MotoCure!By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
Effortless car care with 24 days of low-pressure washing every month with individual microfiber cloth assigned for your car only – plus a monthly round of interior vacuuming and dashboard cleaning. Enjoy the added perks of occasional full-body foam washes, dashboard and tyre polishing as per your selected plan to keep your car gleaming.
2. Service Area
Currently available in select residential societies around Dhanori, Pune Area only.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made as per selected plans in advance via UPI or online payment gateway.
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, here’s how refunds work:
A. Subscription Cancellation
i) 1-Month Plan:
Cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.
ii) 3, 6 & 12-Month Plans:
You may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and before the first service is availed to receive a full refund.
After 7 days of purchase or once the first service is used, no refunds will be issued.
Mid-cycle cancellations are not permitted; however, you will continue to receive services until the end of your paid period.
iii) Auto-Renewals:
For auto-renewing subscriptions, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
B. Refund Policy
a) Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within the allowed period (as mentioned above).
- Duplicate payments or incorrect billing.
- Service not delivered for reasons attributable to The MotoCure (e.g., operational breakdown).
b) Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
c) No pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused or skipped services once the subscription is active.
C. Rescheduling & Missed Services
- Services under your subscription (foam wash, vacuuming, etc.) may be rescheduled if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed services due to vehicle unavailability or denied access will be considered as availed and cannot be refunded or carried forward.

5. How to Cancel or Pause
WhatsApp or email us 24 hours in advance. Paused services can resume at any time during the billing cycle.
6. Service Activation & Delivery Timeline
- Service begins within 2–3 days after payment confirmation.
- Cleaning is scheduled 6 days a week, with off-days on Sundays and major public holidays.
- Our team works between 5 AM – 9 AM and 8 PM – 12 PM with flexibility based on society rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from use or failure of service.
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- Damage due to manufacturer defects.
- Any restrictions by society.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Pune courts.
